Nova
The Embassy of Japan wishes to advise that, bankruptcy proceedings having commenced in the Osaka District Court with respect to the Nova chain of English language schools, Certificates of Eligibility issued by the Government of Japan will not be accepted and, accordingly, visas will not be issued.
The Embassy also advises those who have already recieved a visa to work for Nova in Japan that they may be prevented from entering Japan upon arrival at the airport
