The Ship for World Youth Program is a Japanese Government initiative to construct a strong, cross-border personal network in an increasingly globalised world. The Program includes participants from a range of backgrounds and aims to enhance communication ability and the capacity to interact with different culture, improve leadership and management ability through discussion and cultural exchange with other participants. By deepening mutual understanding, expanding participants’ international outlook and fostering a spirit of international cooperation, we can teach young citizens to be able to contribute to society by promoting internationalisation and diversification.
