2023 Spring Conferment of Decorations

The Government of Japan announced on 29 April the 2023 Spring Conferment of Decorations on recipients for their outstanding contribution to their respective areas.
The Embassy of Japan in Australia wishes it to be known that the following recipient in Australia shall be conferred with decorations in recognition of his services. The details of the recipient are as follow;
Mr Ron Murray, AM
Executive Chairman and Founder of Murrays Coaches
Mr Ron Murray AM has been awarded The Order of the Rising Sun, Silver Rays in recognition of his work in promoting regional exchange and mutual understanding between Japan and Australia as the Honorary Patron of the Australia-Japan Society, ACT Inc.
